About the Job: The Social Media & Graphic Design Manager will spearhead the development and implementation of content strategies across all social media channels. In this fully remote position, the focus is on creating high-quality and consistent content in static, video, and user-generated formats. This role involves collaborating with external partners such as influencers, photographers, and agencies to ensure unified brand messaging. The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience and demonstrate a blend of creative flair, strategic insight, and strong organizational abilities to enhance the brand’s social media presence and audience engagement. Must have hands-on Graphic Design skills to be considered.

Responsibilities in this Role

• Proven ability to develop and execute engaging content strategies across various social media platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and managing detailed social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in asset planning and production, including creating briefs for external collaborators and utilizing AI tools for content generation.
• Experience in producing and editing short-form video content optimized for engagement on platforms like Reels and TikTok.
• Successful track record of identifying, managing, and analyzing the performance of influencer collaborations.

Required Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of direct experience in social media management, content creation, or graphic design.
• Expertise in utilizing AI content creation tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney) and navigating various social media platform functionalities.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere) and graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop).
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
