The Social Media Manager is responsible for maintaining the firm’s social presence on all brand social channels. As a key member of the digital marketing team, he or she will craft engaging text- and image-based content that amplifies the brand for its key audiences to drive brand awareness and loyalty, audience engagement and growth.

This position is responsible for helping to curate content, plan and execute a robust social media calendar and for evolving, maintaining and communicating internally the firm’s general and platform-specific editorial guidelines and best practices for social engagement.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain a social calendar that defines content, cadence and channel
  • Craft social posts for all brand channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, that express the firm’s unique voice and drive audience and engagement
  • Work with broader content, marketing and communications teams to amplify brand stories, but also develop unique social-first content that includes visuals and videos
  • Analyze, report and act on post-performance and other relevant data
  • Monitor social listening tools, as well as trending topics and hashtags, for opportunities and key conversations, and share back with relevant departments
  • Oversee community management and brand engagement, responding to mentions and creating organic brand relationships with social media influencers
