About the Job: As a Social Media Assistant, you’ll manage client accounts, execute social media strategies, create content, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include utilizing social media tools, maintaining client communication, and reporting on social media KPIs. You’ll also collaborate with the VaVa team and stay updated on industry trends to enhance service delivery.

We are looking for a skilled Social Media Assistant who is capable of managing the account and client relationship. You will be responsible for running your service seamlessly and efficiently to ensure client satisfaction. To succeed in this role, you must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, and demonstrate a level of expertise that qualifies you to be a trusted advisor to our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Executing and implementing a social media strategy for Clients.
  • Managing and creating social media content and graphics.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Ability to define audiences, the buyer persona approach, grow brand awareness, and increase impressions.
  • Defining, measuring, and reporting relevant social media KPIs.
  • Remaining up-to-date with social media best practices and new technologies.
  • Utilizing social media management tools.
  • Proficient with graphic design tools and able to utilize web resources to create basic but professional-looking graphics or design elements.
  • Problem-solving and making last-minute adjustments as needed based on Client preferences.
  • Providing consistent, grammatically correct, and timely communication to the Client.
  • Ability to write content in Client and Client company voice.
  • Successfully managing projects using technology.
  • Collaborating and presenting effectively with a variety of individuals.
  • Managing competing priorities.
  • Using stellar grammar and organization in emails, documents, posts, captions, etc. (all written communication).
  • Learning Client’s preferences and providing them with work catered to their preferences.
  • Other Social Media tasks as requested.
