About the Job: As the Social Media and Influencer Manager, you’ll create and execute Hometap’s social media strategy, manage influencer partnerships, and develop content aligned with marketing goals. You’ll oversee social media channels, track performance analytics, and keep abreast of social media trends to drive engagement and audience growth.

We’re looking for a Social Media and Influencer Manager to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating impactful, on-brand social content, managing influencer partnerships, and staying ahead of trends in the ever-evolving social media landscape. As our Social Media and Influencer Manager, you’ll oversee Hometap’s social media strategy and execution, ensuring our channels are engaging, consistent, and reflective of our brand story. You’ll also collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to grow Hometap’s presence and connect with new audiences.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive social media content calendar to align with content, marketing, and company goals, balancing a regular cadence of planned content with timely, trending content.
  • Manage all social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, responding, and performance tracking, across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Lead the ideation and development of creative social media briefs, collaborating with the brand team to bring content to life
  • Serve as a thought partner to the Growth Marketing team, who manages our demand generation programs — including paid social and affiliate marketing channels
  • Test a variety of content formats and channels to achieve growth, engagement, and awareness goals.
  • Monitor and respond to questions and comments across social media platforms, ensuring an excellent customer experience for those who interact with us.
  • Lead influencer campaign management, working with our influencer agency to bring campaigns to life from identifying influencers to approving content, and evaluating performance.
  • Stay on top of emerging social media and influencer trends, tools, and platform updates to keep Hometap relevant and timely, in order to help us extend our reach.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing functions to align social media initiatives with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on analytics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of social media and influencer efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Oversee and manage the social media marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI-driven decision-making.
  • Act as the go-to expert for all things social, sharing insights, inspiration, and best practices with the team.
