About the Job: As a Senior Product Designer at Samsara, you will ship designs that our customers use every day to run their operations. We’re looking for someone who is excited to shape the daily experience of those customers across industries such as transportation and logistics, construction, food and beverage, government and more. In this role, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success to identify customer needs, explore design solutions, and deliver value. You will also engage directly with customers and leverage their feedback throughout your process. You will be expected to influence strategy and ship well-crafted designs that make our customers’ operations more efficient, safe, and sustainable.
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.

In this role, you will:
- Ship high-impact designs that unlock significant customer and business value
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering on strategy, planning and execution
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs and validate design solutions
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
