About the Job: The Senior Business Analyst will analyze large datasets to identify business opportunities, define metrics, and deliver analytics solutions. The role involves collaborating with data engineers to build scalable data infrastructure and working closely with department leaders to execute analytics projects.
You will be part of a world-class Business Intelligence team that transforms data into actionable insights about our customers and business. The Business Intelligence team partners with Operations, Product, Data Science, Data Engineering and Executive leadership to investigate areas of need and reshape data into useful metrics, intuitive data stories and strategic insights that maximize decision-making impact. They combine mastery of the business, surgical requirements definition, expertise in data modeling, intuitive data visualizations and powerful storytelling to drive the business forward.
In this role, you will:
- Advise the business through strategic, data-driven recommendations and actionable insights
- Decompose large datasets into useful trends, gap analyses and business opportunities
- Master business workflows, gather requirements, define business metrics and measure impact
- Build scalable reporting and intuitive self-serve analytics data products while driving broad adoption
- Build automated data quality and reconciliation tools to drive data governance needs
- Partner with data engineers and data scientists to build scalable data architecture, data models and advanced machine learning for BI use-cases
