Job description

At Redox, we see brand/graphic design as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. We’re looking for a talented Sr. Brand Designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations in both print and electronic media. The ideal candidate will be skilled in every step of the design process, from ideation to final deliverable.

Key responsibilities
- Translate strategic direction into distinctive, high-quality design within an established brand identity
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with our brand strategy
- Develop captivating designs and graphics for marketing collateral, sales presentations, social media, webpages, digital ads, branded swag, and more
- Develop/maintain visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design materials
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance our creative output
- QA designs to avoid errors
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in brand and graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or visual arts
- Exceptional visual storytelling, with a talent for using typography, color, imagery, and layout for psychological/emotive impact
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work (including creative concepting) and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools
- Talent for articulating and pitching creative ideas and design concepts
- Able to listen to feedback and collaborate with stakeholders to arrive at a solution that achieves project goals without compromising design quality
- Expert knowledge of print and digital production processes and best practices
