About the Job: The Product Marketing Associate will support the launch of new features and products by collaborating with various teams. Responsibilities include crafting messaging, conducting market research, and developing enablement materials to enhance customer engagement and drive adoption of ChowNow’s products.
As the Product Marketing Associate, you’ll support the successful execution of product and feature go-to-market strategies that drive awareness and adoption. You will also drive continued adoption and optimization of existing products in collaboration with Marketing Lifecycle, Product, and Customer Experience teams to improve customer stickiness. This role will support all product squads in service of restaurants (B2B) and diners (B2C). In this role, you’ll craft compelling messaging, develop effective briefs for internal and agency creative partners, and support the development of enablement materials for customer-facing teams including case studies and one-pagers.
As an expert in our products and customers, you’ll perform market research by conducting customer surveys and interviews to inform go-to-market strategies and the product roadmap.
This position is Remote based. Reports to the Senior Lifecycle & Product Marketing Manager; No direct reports
