Having found strong product traction with ecommerce brands both in Europe and in the US, we’re accelerating our marketing efforts and are looking for dynamic, business-minded Performance Marketing Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create targeted campaigns aimed at driving user acquisition and lead generation
- Implement and manage performance channels – including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
- Plan and create conversion-focused landing pages
- Optimize conversion funnels through A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and data-driven decisions
- Consistently seek ways to enhance and maximize results
- Work daily with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
- Generate market insights by identifying growth opportunities, staying informed about industry trends, and exploring innovative marketing strategies and technologies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth/performance marketing
- B2B marketing expertise to accelerate lead generation and maximize ROI
- Excellent track record of constantly improving marketing performance (e.g., A/B testing toolkit, KPI reporting, optimization tools)
- Outstanding communication skills combined with being goal-oriented
- Ability to work with cross-functional and international teams
