We are currently seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about driving marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

A Marketing Operations Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of marketing efforts through the strategic use of technology, data analysis, and process optimization. In this role, you would be responsible for identifying technology needs, lead the management of marketing automation and CRM integrations, and acting as cross-functional liaison to all internal departments. Additionally, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and orchestration of corporate marketing functions and collaborate regularly with various departments members and vendor partners to ensure platforms and initiatives are supported efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the marketing technology ecosystem by supervising marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms. Administer and uphold the digital platforms, including PIM, Salesforce, and three websites across two distinct platforms serving global markets as well as North America (US, Canada, and Latin America).
  • Identify and implement new marketing technologies.
  • Manage global website development projects, coordinating teams to align with strategic goals and brand guidelines, from concept to launch, ensuring timely execution and high performance.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption.
  • Develop and implement conversion optimization strategies to enhance user engagement and increase conversion rates across digital platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or an equivalent level of experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
  • Proven experience in enhancing landing pages and improving user conversion funnels.
  • Strong expertise in website analytics tools like Google Analytics or Qlik is essential. Candidates must effectively interpret web data to inform decisions, enhance user experience, optimize performance, and support digital goals.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript preferred.
  • Familiar with the most current trends and best practices in online marketing and analytics.
