Role Overview

The Foley Growth Marketing Team is looking for a strategic and hands-on Manager, Content & Communications to lead our content, communications, and PR efforts. You will drive brand awareness, inbound traffic, and customer engagement by creating high-quality, relevant, and consistent content across all channels. This role will own our content roadmap, manage a Marketing Communications Coordinator, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales.

Responsibilities in this Role

  • Own and execute the content and communications strategy across blog, website, email, social media, webinars, case studies, and PR.
  • Manage the company’s editorial calendar-aligning content to campaigns, product launches, and customer journey stages.
  • Lead development of compelling, SEO-optimized content for our blog, website, and landing pages.
  • Drive our webinar and customer story programs, from planning and promotion to content creation and follow-up.
  • Oversee social media strategy and executionacross channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Craft persuasive copy for emails, product announcements, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate technical features into customer-centric messaging.
  • Manage and coach a Marketing Communications Coordinator, fostering growth and accountability.
  • Partner with agencies or freelancers as needed for design, video, or writing support.
  • Support external communications efforts, including press releases and PR coordination.
  • Monitor and report on content performance, optimizing engagement, reach, and conversions.

Required Qualification/Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing or communications, ideally within SaaS or regulated industries.
  • Independent and technically proficient writer and editor with a strong grasp of brand voice, narrative, and storytelling.
  • Proven experience managing content across multiple formats and channels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Comfortable analyzing content performance and using data to drive decisions.
  • A collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations or the transportation industry is a plus, but not required.
