The Junior .NET Developer is a key driver in creating custom development work to support Client implementations across multiple Mitchell products. In this role, you are the Subject Matter Expert for the Product and a Business Partner to our Clients and Internal teams in Requirements Gathering, Solution Design and Development.

Key Responsibilities
- Designs, analyzes, develops, codes, debugs, tests and documents programming to satisfy business requirements to support Client implementations across multiple products.
- API development and integration, custom translators to import/export data, custom workflow automation.
- Understand, define, and develop product requirements; providing development estimates as needed.
- Translate functional specifications into working software.
- Adheres to architecture standards, risk management and security policies.
- Assist in third level Support of custom solutions delivered to Production.
- Conduct Unit testing and assist with integration testing and Client UAT.
- Document solutions delivered to Production in Azure DevOps.
- Modify existing processes to support requirement changes.
- Contribute to projects to improve efficiency of Business processes.
- Participate in Code Review.
- Refactor existing processes to improve performance and maintenance.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years working within a .NET environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in API development and integration, particularly with developing REST and SOAP APIs. Additionally, must be skilled with JavaScript, JSON, XML, .NET and SQL.
- Strong proficiency with scripting languages such as PowerShell and job scheduling systems like ActiveBatch.
- Strong communication skills. This position will be client facing and requires direct interaction with client counterparts to complete requirements, design systems, formally test, troubleshoot issues, and often educate the client on Enlyte technologies and processes.
- Ability to design systems that can scale efficiently as the user base grows.
- Experience with optimizing application performance to ensure quick response times and efficient resource usage.
- Strong understanding of security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Proven ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code that is easy to maintain and extend.
- Proficiency in setting up comprehensive monitoring and logging to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines to ensure code quality and quick delivery.
