Role Description:
The EPTech organization is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Director to join the team. As a Director of Project Management, you will be uniquely positioned to have line of sight and influence over EPTech’s most strategic and complex initiatives with impacts across multiple lines of business. More specifically, you will lead an organization of project managers focused on partnering with lines of business and horizontal Technology teams to help them flawlessly execute their top priorities.

Key Role responsibilities

  • Demonstrates a proven track record of excellent program management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment
  • Driving all phases of project management to include feasibility, definition, planning, prioritization, implementation and close out of projects
  • Effectively applying project management methodology and standards, and ensuring project documents are complete and up to date
  • Displaying cross-functional teamwork, communication, negotiation and leading across all levels
  • Partnering cross-functionally with key stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
  • Working with cross functional teams and influencing others to work toward common goal, regardless of resource and time constraints
  • Creating transparency and fostering relationships to adjacent teams

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 7 years of Process, Project, or Program Management experience
  • At least 5 years of People Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters in Business Administration
  • 10+ years of Process, Project, or Program Management experience
  • 3+ years of Operations experience
  • 2+ years of Learning & Development experience
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
