Our Digital Graphic Designer reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and is primarily responsible for creating performance-driven, extraordinary marketing assets. The Digital Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and updating all digital assets from shopper marketing elements to social posts.

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a few factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop digital assets for various Once Upon a Farm channels. This includes web assets/pages, emails, digital banners, social/shareable assets, etc., always keeping designs on brand and elevated
- Partner with creative team members and internal stakeholders to understand and deliver on business objectives and effectively turn around projects based on feedback
- Understand and apply brand guidelines across all assets
- Organize and maintain all assets
- Support DTC design and acquisition collateral – digital display and social ads
- Move from design to production-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors to deliver digital-ready files seamlessly
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager and be capable of developing social media content (infographics, memes, campaign executions)
- Streamline processes to increase productivity and accuracy of execution
- Communicate with the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders on projects to offer as much transparency and collaboration as possible
- Work on multiple projects at once, and consistently meet draft deadlines
Requirements
- BA in Graphic Design or related field of study preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Graphic Design
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- In-depth understanding of modern design principles
- Ability to design digital motion assets required
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment where each team member chips in on a variety of tasks.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack, and other professional platforms
- Up to 10% travel required: Although this role is a remote work-from-home position, we “Farmers” do meet as a company and/or as a department a few times a year. Anticipate possible travel up to a few times each quarter
- Genuinely passionate about improving childhood nutrition for a healthier and happier planet
- Desire to contribute to a dynamic high-growth, purpose-driven work environment
- Previous exposure to cross-functional work between Sustainability and Marketing preferred
- Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position
