Who You Are

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Associate to lead the execution of content creations that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. In this role, you’ll focus on developing both seasonal and evergreen content offers across the entire brightwheel product portfolios. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling narratives, optimize content for organic channels, and refine our lead generation strategy. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we connect with Admins, Educators  and our customers. Success in this role requires a detail-oriented, results-driven individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about executing high-impact content strategies.

Key Responsibility
  • Content Creation: Develop and publish content that promotes E.E.A.T. (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness), including both short-form content (blogs) and long-form content (industry reports, surveys, customer insights, templates, guidelines).
  • Lead-Gen Storytelling: Update and optimize high-converting blog posts by telling more compelling stories that drive prospects to engage further with demos or content downloads.
  • Content Editing & Quality Assurance: Edit and proofread various content types, including blogs, landing pages, presentations, and content offers. Ensure all content meets brand standards and is free from errors before publishing.
  • Research and understand ECE industry trends to ensure content remains relevant and insightful.
  • Maintain content calendars and track deadlines to ensure timely delivery of all content pieces.
  • Webinar Operations & Chat Management: Manage live webinars by acting as the marketing point of contact for panelists, overseeing chat interactions, and ensuring a smooth and interactive experience for participants.

Requirements

  • A passion for early education and an understanding of the challenges educators face is a plus. Teaching experience as an educator or admin preferred.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to adapt writing styles to different audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with webinar platforms, operations, and chat management is a plus.
