About the Job: At Cove, we are on a mission to build software and create in-person experiences that transform the way people engage with their physical environment. We do this by partnering with real estate owners and operators to put the experience in everyone’s hands.

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Associate Graphic Designer with 2-4 years of experience who loves working in Canva to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing and maintaining a cohesive brand identity across various marketing and internal materials.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create visually engaging templates for ebooks, guides, infographics, and other marketing collateral using Canva.
• Develop and maintain branded presentation deck templates for Sales, Customer Success, and internal communications.
• Contribute to building and maintaining comprehensive brand visual guidelines.
• Ensure consistency across all visual content, adhering to brand guidelines and best design practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to understand their design needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Organize and manage Canva assets, templates, and design libraries for easy access and use by team members.
• Regularly review and update templates and materials to reflect the evolving brand identity and market trends.
• Provide creative input and fresh ideas to continually enhance visual storytelling across the company.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Canva with demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, consistent visual assets.
• Understanding of basic graphic design principles (color theory, typography, layout, and composition).
• Familiarity with creating templates that are easy-to-use for non-designers.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A keen eye for detail and aesthetics, ensuring all designs meet brand standards.
