The Associate Director, Data Analytics at Modifly plays a critical role in helping brands maximize online performance. Our team combines technical precision with creative strategy to ensure campaigns are effectively tracked, and actionable insights are delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize website performance and manage Google Business profiles for large-scale enterprises.
- Conduct keyword research, site audits, and on-page optimizations to enhance search visibility.
- Monitor and analyze SEO metrics to identify growth opportunities and deliver strategic recommendations.
- Develop and implement Solution Design References (SDRs) for site redesigns and landing pages.
- Use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to create and manage tags and media pixels for accurate attribution.
- Coordinate tagging efforts across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and others to ensure seamless tracking and measurement.
- Leverage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze user behavior and performance metrics, building detailed and actionable reports.
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize website performance and enhance marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 6 + years of experience in digital marketing, web analytics or marketing data analysis
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking and reporting.
- Proven expertise in SEO strategy and optimization, particularly for enterprise websites and local search.
- Experience in A/B testing using Adobe Target or Optimizely.
- Experience with SEO, tagging implementation and attribution for Meta and TikTok.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead digital analytics tracking strategies, including campaign tracking and media measurement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with reporting and data visualization tools (Looker)
