About the Job:

Main duties of the job:

Complete holistic continence assessments and re-assessments, translate outcomes into individualised management and treatment plans (including onward referral if necessary), implement care required and evaluate the effectiveness for adult clients within a community setting
To provide continence advice to clients, carers and those who work with clients with continence problems, through clinical practice, teaching, research and development, as part of an integrated team,
Maintain contemporaneous records as an autonomous practitioner.
