About the Job:Â
Main duties of the job
- Administer SACT treatment
- You deliver care that promotes patient health
- You assess and assess, implement, and evaluate to deliver centric patient care
- You are an autonomous practitioner who acts as an advocate for patients within your care
- You are responsible for safeguarding children and vulnerable adults
- You create and keep excellent clinical records of patient care
- You act in accordance with the Nursing & Midwifery Council Codes of Professional Conduct, and within the scope of competencies
