What we need from you:
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Healthcare Assistant, ideally within a hospital or surgical setting.
- Understanding of theatre practices and basic surgical terminology is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Monitoring and accurately recording patient observations pre and post-operatively.
- Providing post-operative care and support in the recovery area.
- Adhering to strict aseptic techniques and infection control policies.
