We are seeking empathetic, resilient, and dedicated Mental Health Healthcare Assistants to join our diverse wards. This vital role involves supporting individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions, promoting their recovery, and ensuring their safety and wellbeing within an inpatient setting. We are committed to person-centred care, recovery-focused approaches, and fostering a compassionate environment for both patients and staff. One that’ll engage patients in therapeutic activities and promoting social interaction. To adhere to all policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding and confidentiality.

What we need from you:
- Previous experience in a mental health or challenging care environment is highly desirable.
