Main duties of the job
We are seeking compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our acute medical wards. As an HCA, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care under the supervision of qualified nurses. Your duties will be diverse and impactful, contributing significantly to patient comfort, safety, and recovery.

What we need from you:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or care setting (paid or voluntary) is highly desirable.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE English and Maths or equivalent preferred).
- A compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centred approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to undertake the Care Certificate if not already obtained.
