Main duties of the job
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our friendly team. You will be instrumental in providing person-centred care, supporting residents with their daily needs, and fostering a positive atmosphere within the home and ensuring the living environment is clean, comfortable, and safe. We have opportunities for both day and night shifts.

What we need from you:
- A genuine passion for caring for older adults, particularly those with dementia.
- Previous experience in a care home or similar setting is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Willingness to learn and commit to ongoing professional development.
- The Care Certificate is desirable; however, we offer comprehensive induction and support to achieve this.
