Are you passionate about providing high-quality care?
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Domiciliary Care Workers to join our growing team in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. As a domiciliary care worker, you will support individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support with mobility, medication management, and meal preparation
- Offer companionship and social support
- Assist with light domestic tasks and activities of daily living
- Promote the well-being and independence of individuals
- What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in care is preferred but not essential
- A caring, patient, and professional attitude
- Â Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Â A valid driving license and access to a car is essential
