A professional residential care home in Burton require reliable and hardworking Care Assistants to join the team. The home is registered for up to 27 service users, many of whom have dementia and other age-related conditions, with staff focusing on person centred holistic therapy to ensure residents can live as comfortably as possible.

In this role, you will be assisting residents in daily activities, and helping staff to run varied activities programs.

You will also be required to help out with domestic tasks and condition update reports.

Requirements 

  • Have 3 months experience within a similar care environment
  • • Have a checkable work history
  • • Have up to date mandatory training documents, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling and Infection Control. Should you not have up to date certificates we can offer online training.
  • • Have an in date enhanced DBS check. Should your DBS have expired we can offer the facility to arrange a new one for you.
  • • Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 within formal care settings or community care.
