About the Job:
- Choose your own shift pattern working alongside a team of dedicated care professionals.
- You will be offering excellent levels of care to 28 adult service users and will be required to follow a personalised care plans for each resident. You will ensure that every resident is respected and help them live a happy and fulfilled life.
- You will cater for their personal care needs, aid their mobility, and ensure their physical and psychological wellbeing is the utmost priority.
Other responsibilities could include:
– domestic tasks
– adhering to health and safety guidelines
– taking responsibility for promoting the welfare of the adults in your care.
Experience & Qualifications
Don’t have a valid DBS and/or training?? Do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!
To apply for this role, you must;
– Have referenceable work history
– Hold in-date mandatory training certificates (inc. moving and handling, safeguarding vulnerable adults and infection control)*
– Hold an enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 12 months or registered on the update service*
– Have a minimum of 3 months paid UK work experience working within a care setting.
