About the Job:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable colleagues with Health and / or Social Care experience who can contribute to the care of our patients with kindness, compassion and empathy.
The wards at St Lukes Hospital in Market Harborough are led by nurses and you will work under their guidance as part of a very supportive team. The wards provide sub-acute care, palliative care and complex rehabilitation and ward 1 specialises in stroke care. You will be supported to complete the Care Certificate if you do not already hold this and we actively encourage on-going development.
The post will provide cover on a rota basis over a 24 hour per day, 7 day a week service.

Main duties of the job
- Undertaking clinical observations and providing clinical care as delegated.
- Supporting our patients in maintaining their health, well-being and independence.
- Providing personal care.
- Accurately recording patient information.
- Working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
