About the Job:
Main duties of the job
- Direct Patient Care as allocated by a trained nurse after appropriate training and within the framework of a plan of care implemented and reassessed by a registered nurse. Organising tasks in a flexible manner according to priority of needs.
- Assistance and support to the patient in maintaining an acceptable quality of life.
- Maintain accurate and legible documentation in accordance with Health Board Policy, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Order HSDU, stores, check delivery, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Assist with any clerical duties as appropriate.
- The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
