Exciting opportunity for an experienced Health Care Assistant to join our team in a large diverse General Practice. We have a progressive team of GPs and ANPs, clinical pharmacists, mental health practitioners and we are seeking to expand our team of general practice nursing team, If you are currently experienced Health Care assistant in adult immunisations, Health checks ,New patient health checks, Hypertension monitoring IGR reviews, please contact us. Post is for 20 hours per week
Well established GMS Training Practice
- 10200 patients
- 6 partners
- 6 salaried GPs
- 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners
- 2 Practice Nurses
- Clinical Pharmacists
- Mental Health practitioners
- Social Prescribers
- EMIS WEB
- Business Manager
- IT Manager
- Full supporting administration team
- High QOF Achievement
- CQC rating GOOD
- We are a training practice with GP registrars and medical students
- Opportunities for career progression available

- 6 weeks annual leave entitlement
- Monthly Multi-disciplinary team meeting
- Purpose built premises with onsite parking
Main duties of the job
Adult immunisations, Health checks ,New patient health checks, Hypertension monitoring IGR reviews, Learning disabilities reviews, Phlebotomy, weight management
