JOB SUMMARY: To assist trained clinical staff to care for patients at the surgery. To undertake delegated tasks independently as directed by a qualified Nurse or Doctor once deemed competent by the surgery To report to the nursing/clinical staff any changes or concerns about patients immediately To work as a team member demonstrating a consistent high level of interpersonal and communication skills. To maintain high standards of professionalism. To maintain skill/competence and undertake appropriate training in order to achieve this i.e: the HCA Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 or 3 (training can be given). To work safely, legally and ethically with respect to the cultural, emotional and diverse needs of others
