Are you a compassionate and motivated Health Care Assistant looking to make a real difference in your community? Were looking for a dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our supportive teams across Southcoates Medical Centre, Bransholme Health Centre, and Fieldview Surgery part of City Health Practice Ltd (CHPL). You’ll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality patient care, working alongside our experienced nursing and clinical teams.

About you: Youll have previous experience in a healthcare setting and be confident working independently and as part of a team. Main duties of the job

The role will include supporting with phlebotomy, ECGs, wound care, health checks, vaccinations, and chronic disease reviews, as well as assisting with clinics and health promotion activities.
