Job Purpose To assist the GPs and the Practice Nursing Team in the service and delivery of the care management of the practice population. Job Summary To assist in patient care and practice-related duties as directed by and under the supervision of a registered healthcare professional. The HCA/Nurse will work collaboratively with the Primary Healthcare Team to meet the needs of our patients, following the surgerys policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) Clinical skills Phlebotomy Urinalysis Blood pressure measurements Home blood pressure monitoring 02 saturation monitor tests 24-hr ECG machine ECGs Injections Dressings Removal of sutures / clips
