About the Job:
Main duties of the job
- The Healthcare Assistant will assist the GPs and nursing team in the service and delivery of health care to the practice population. The post holder will work under the supervision of the nursing team and Nurse Lead to undertake tasks/duties delegated appropriately. The post holder will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs.
- General duties will include; dressings, phlebotomy, injections, supporting the care of diabetic, and asthmatic patients, and stock management and ordering.
