Benefits
The Policy Leader Fellowship includes the following support:
- Monthly stipend: €2,500 (adjusted if receiving other income)
- Household allowance: Up to €310 per month for partners living in Florence (income-dependent)
- Dependent child allowance: €210 per month per child (subject to conditions)
- Travel reimbursement: Up to €1,200 for inbound and outbound travel (airfare or rail)

Fellowship Structure

Five-Month Track

Eligibility
To be considered for the 2026 Policy Leader Fellowship, applicants must:

- Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

- Be self-motivated, collaborative, and ready to engage fully in residential activities in Florence
- Be open to peer discussion and interdisciplinary learning
This program is open to applicants of all nationalities, and there is no age limit. Preference may be given to candidates whose work aligns with key global governance themes prioritized by the STG faculty.
