CrossCulture Programme (CCP) Fellowship 2026 – Fully Funded

The CCP Fellowship 2026 offers a fully funded opportunity for 55 to 60 professionals or volunteers from over 40 countries to deepen their transcultural skills. Fellows spend two to three months working with host organisations in Germany or with CCP partners abroad. Besides practical experience, fellows participate in workshops, networking events, and collaborate with local organisations when they return home.

What’s Covered

For non-German fellows:

  • Monthly stipend of €650

  • Round-trip airfare

  • Accommodation

  • Local public transport pass

  • Health insurance

  • Visa fee reimbursement

For German fellows:

  • Monthly stipend of €1,200 (covering housing and local costs)

  • Round-trip airfare

  • Health insurance

  • Visa fee reimbursement

Note: Family members (spouses, children) are not covered.

Who Can Apply

To qualify, applicants must meet the following:

  • Be at least 23 years old at time of application.

  • Have minimum 2 years of professional or volunteer experience in civil society organisations.

  • Be proficient in spoken and written English as it’s the main working language.

  • Must not be students.

Desirable bonus qualities include:

  • Long-term commitment to social or community work

  • Partnerships or plans to collaborate with organisations in the host country

  • Knowledge of additional languages, especially German

Eligible Countries

Applicants are welcome from many countries, including (but not limited to): Algeria, Brazil, India, Morocco, Pakistan, the Philippines, Russia, Vietnam, Ukraine, and more.
