Main duties of the job
- You should hold NVQ level 3 in health and social care and have a minimum of 12months acute or community experience. If you are a motivated team player and wantto excel in delivering exceptional holistic healthcare to a diverse patient group intheir own home, we want to hear from you.
- Previous experience of working in the NHS is essential, community experience isdesirable but training will be given. Car driving is not required as we walk to visit ourpatients.
- As a Health Care assistant, you will be directly involved in facilitating and shapingself-care for patients with long term conditions in order to help keep them as well aspossible in their own homes.
