About the Job:
Main duties of the job
- To be part of a support team that will support nursing and therapy care across the hospital
- Working shift’s that consist of 3 types of shift’s – 7am – 3pm, 3pm – 11pm & 11pm – 7am 7 Days a week. Shift’s will be set over a 3 month period so that the worker will be able to plan
- Assisting nursing and Health care teams with general nursing care
- Assisting therapy team with planned activity groups, rehabilitation goal for the patients
- Being flexible in the way you work in order to support each team when absences happen due to training or sickness
- Completing a full Trust induction and then site induction over the first month of employment and then keeping up to date will all required training
