PSYPHER offers a care pathway of up to 3 years for people of Hull & East Riding.
After initially completing a comprehensive assessment of at risk mental health to establish support needed, our clients are offered a pathway of support and interventions including:
- Activities
- Health & Lifestyle support
- Education and employment support
- Family interventions
- Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
- Medication
- Support/Education for friends and/or family
As a Registered Nurse, you will work within a well established multidisciplinary team including Social Workers, Specialist Mental Health Nurses, Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioners, Support Workers, Occupational Therapist, Clinical Psychologists and Psychiatrists.
As a care coordinator/key worker you will provide recovery focused assessments and interventions with focus on therapeutic relationships with service users and their family/carers.
