About the Job:Â
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and clinical guidelines for self and others.
- Continually monitor standards of care and contribute to improvements of care through benchmarking audit and research.
- Participate in patient and public involvement activities.
- Support peoples equality diversity and rights.
- Comply with the data Protection act and Caldicott recommendations.
- Contribute to the multi-professional clinical governance/audit sessions.
- Proactively support the clinical incident reporting system in order to improve practice and service delivery.
